We hope you LOVE your items but if you don't for any reason we are here to help. With Sustaintabilty at the heart of everything we do we ultimately want you to maximise the wear out of our pieces and therefore more than happy for you to return anything - we would much rather this than sit in a wardrobe unworn.
Returns Policy
Condition of return
Goods must be in the same unused condition with tags attached. Unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Timing of return
Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your delivery to discuss and start the returns process. We totally get that you mostly likely have your hands-full with little ones so we are flexible knowing you may not get to the post office within those 14 days but just ask you make original contact in that timeframe please.
Refund Policy
All items eligible for a refund, exchange or credit when returned when they meet the policy requirements. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on quality and whilst we closely check everything before we send to you if something gets past our beady eyes then we are as disappointment as you are here to put it right!
As our clothing is all printed and made by hand, whilst rare we appreciate your understanding that from time to time we may find minor faults and encourage you to reach out to us - firstly to fix it for you but secondly to help us improve and ensure its not an ongoing issue.
We will of course issue full refunds for items deemed faulty or work with you to determine your preference of replacement if you would rather.
Please email and advise of fault prior to returning and we can discuss within 14 days of delivery. When possible please include your order number, images of the fault and a small description. We will also cover the postage cost for you too on faulty items.

Yes you can - Our ultimate goal is for our pieces to be loved and be worn time and time again therefore if its not right for you you are most welcome to return it for a refund or exchange if it meets our policy.

Ideally we would love to hear of your wish to return withing 14 days of recieving your goods. We understand we are mostly mums and getting o the post office can be time consuming but as long as we have communicated we can be flexible.

We pride ourselves on our quality and our quality. All items are checked when packing orders too but as our pieces are made by hand occassionally things may get past our beady eyes so please do let us know, that way we can fix your order but also improve on any issues for the future .
If there is a fault with our product, please email us - please include your order name or number if you have it along with a desccription and photos. Please advise of fault prior to returning and we can discuss options for your prefernce of exchange or refund of your item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Our quality is very important to us. If you are unsatified with the quality overtime please email us to discuss and provide feedback.
Our clothes do wash and wear very well but are still clothes so occassional general wear and tear may occour and we incourage to mend and fix where you can from a sustainabilty point of view. Often a little extra stitch or patch can see them passed down to siblings or friends for many years to come.
With that said as always if you have any issues please contact us and we will happily discuss.

Once we recieve your return back we will endevour to refund or exchange the same day. You will be notified on email of the refund or exchange tracking number.

We don't currently have a returns form as love to limit paperwork in the orders. But after you have email and arranged your return please just add a note in the return with your NAME / ORDER NUMBER / BREIF REQUEST eg exhange for next size up. Just to help remind me when I recieve the goods.
