Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your Bam Loves Boo items as much as we do however if you do
change your mind and wish to return or exchange item/s for another colour, size or style we are more than happy to providing you with an exchange or credit note (excluding  shipping costs).

We are unable to accept returns or exchange for change of mind on our sale items. Sorry. 

Refund Policy

We can only provide full refunds for items deemed faulty. We pride ourselves on our quality and check items carefully before we send off to their new homes, but if something does get past our beady eyes then we are here to put it right!

If there is a fault with our product, please email and advise of fault prior to returning and we can discuss options for exchange or refund of your item. We will also cover the postage cost for you too.

How to organise a return

Please drop us an email and advise us of your intention to return your good/s at hello@bamlovesboo.com.au

✔  We will send you back our return delivery address
✔  Please return goods within 14 days of your goods being delivered.
✔  Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and tags still attached
