As a slow-fashion brand, we care deeply about our pieces being worn, loved, and getting the life they were designed for. If something isn’t working for you, we’d always rather help you return or exchange it than have it sit unworn in a wardrobe.
Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the returns process.
We understand life with little ones can be busy, so while we kindly ask for initial contact within this timeframe, we’re always happy to approach things with understanding where needed.
Eligible items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit once they meet our return policy requirements.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We take great care in the quality of our pieces, and each order is checked carefully before dispatch.
As our garments are thoughtfully produced in small batches, occasional faults or imperfections may rarely occur. If you believe there is an issue with your item, please reach out so we can make it right and continue improving wherever possible.
For items deemed faulty, we will happily offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange where available.

If you have concerns about the longevity or quality of a piece, please reach out — we're always happy to chat and help where we can. Where possible, we also encourage mending and repairing pieces to extend their life and reduce waste.
